Welcome to Pechelife, we aim to provide an extensive range of high-quality basics. Our support center is always at your service.
How to request a return
- Email us at support@pechelife.com describing the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number.
- For defective, incorrect or not-as-described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem (keep the image below 2 MB).
- Our customer service team will provide you with our return address. All return shipping fees are at customers' own expense unless the return is caused by our error.
Our solutions
Pechelife's responsibility
- If our company is responsible for the issue (wrong item, defective, damaged), we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund and/or exchange.
- Once we receive the item, we will offer compensation or resend a replacement for free at our expense.
Customer's responsibility
- If you ordered an incorrect size, product, or simply want to exchange the item, we can also allow a return.
- You are responsible for the shipping fee for an exchange. We will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Notes about warranty
Our warranty does not apply to products listed under the following categories: contact lenses,earrings, and clearance items provided Pechelife did not make a mistake. If Pechelife made a mistake, we will always resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Return conditions
- All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and their original packaging intact.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons (goods received damaged or not correct), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee. No restocking fee will be charged.
Compensation timeframe
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3–6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund timeframe is as below:
- PayPal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
- Credit card refunds: Between 7–14 business days
- Wallet refunds: Up to 24 hours
Note: Due to external factors such as equipment and screen brightness, the product image may appear different from the actual product.
