How do I register?
Click the account icon in the home navigation bar, then click "Create account" and fill in your email address, password, and name as required. Finally click "CREATE".
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click the account icon, then click "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions to reset it.
Orders
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also visit your account page to track your order anytime.
Can I cancel or change my order?
To cancel or change an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the product has already shipped or you have received a shipping confirmation, the order cannot be modified.
Payment
What payment methods can I use?
Currently we accept PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Is it safe to purchase items on pechelife.com?
Absolutely! All your personal information and credit card details are encrypted using SSL technology. Before confirming each transaction, our payment department checks for any fraud to ensure your safety.
When will I be charged?
When you complete an order, a payment authorization is made to verify your card. The amount is not debited until your item(s) ship, at which point you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. For PayPal payments, the total is debited when your order ships.
What currency do you accept for payment?
All orders are processed in USD using the latest exchange rates. Prices can be displayed in multiple currencies for your convenience.
Shipping
What shipping methods are available, and how much does it cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over $79 USD. Otherwise, a shipping fee applies based on the destination country. For detailed costs, please visit our Shipping Info page.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We currently ship to most countries. If you don't see your country at checkout, please email us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
How can I track my order?
We'll send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also check your order status in your account.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on your region. For more details, visit our Shipping page.
How do I change my address after placing an order?
Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before your order ships. Once shipped, the address cannot be updated.
Returns & Exchanges
What conditions need to be fulfilled to return an item?
- Request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
- Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Final sale items, freebies, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
How do I return an item?
To start a return, email us at support@pechelife.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How long does a refund take to process?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Do you offer free shipping on returns?
We do not currently provide prepaid shipping labels. However, if you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we'll offer a full refund including return shipping costs.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer one exchange per return. Please email support@pechelife.com to arrange an exchange. Confirm all details before returning your item.
